Mr. Rufus Phillips, Jr. was born on July 20, 1955 to the late Anna Louise Phillips and Rufus Phillips, Sr. in Clarendon, Ark. He went on to be with the Lord on November 2, 2016.
He leaves to cherish his memories, three sisters: Lee Phillips, Rose Robinson, and Verna Jean Love; one brother: Abe Phillips, Sr.; two daughters: Shannon Banks and Cortina McDaniel; three grandsons, seven nieces, 6 nephews, and a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial service will be held November 8, 2016 at 6:30 pm in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home. Burial in PK Miller Cemetery. Services by Perry Funeral Home.
