Roy Phillips
Roy “Pete” Hiram Phillips, 62 of Pine Bluff, passed away at his home on September 9, 2014. He was born April 23, 1952 in Dumas, the son of Roy Phillips and Martha Sue Manning Phillips. Pete was a Baptist in his faith and a retired mechanic.
Survivors are his mother, Martha Sue Rice, Pine Bluff, daughter, Shantan Phillips, Jackson, Mississippi and three brothers, Chris Phillips, Bardwell, Kentucky; Tommy Phillips, White Hall and James Dee Phillips, Pine Bluff and sister, Mary Leslie, Little Rock.
Memorial services held 2:00 PM, September 13, 2014at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Arkansas.
