FAYETTEVILLE — The Razorbacks prevailed in their SEC opener as catcher Jake Wise drew a two-out walk with the bases loaded to score Matt Reynolds for the 4-3 walk-off win in the 12th inning over Alabama.
Tide (8-10, 0-1) pitcher Ian Gardeck got the first two outs of the 12th inning when Reynolds singled to right field. Bo Bigham followed with a walk for Arkansas (17-2) when the Tide switched pitchers, going with Adam Windsor. But Matt Vinson drew a walk to load the bases before Windsor walked Wise to drive in the winning run.
