MONTICELLO — Rachel “Ray” Lane, age 82, of Monticello died April 5, 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. He was born August 22, 1929 in Monticello.
Ray is survived by three daughters; Gloria Jean Dickinson of Monticello, Jacqueline Gardner of Warner Robins, Ga., and Janie Renee Daniel of Grayson, Ga.; two brothers, Wayne Lane and Donald Ray Lane both of Monticello; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at Stephenson Dearman Chapel, with burial with Military Honors in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
