Mr. Prather Parks, Jr., of Milwaukee, Wis., formerly of Arkansas died Monday, October 15, 2012. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2012 in Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
