Pine Bluff Rising, a new community coalition, invites residents to its a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Guest speakers will be Pine Bluff Mayor Shirley Washington, Chancellor Laurence B. Alexander, Fire Chief Shauwn Howell and interim Police Chief Ivan Whitfield. The On Call Band will provide entertainment.
The meeting will include announcements, volunteer opportunities and a question and answer session.
