A ribbon cutting celebration was held June 21 for the grand opening of Peaky’s Cosmetology for the Culture school, 3004 W. 34th Ave. (next to Southeast Gymnastics & Cheer). The Redcoats of the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce attended the event. “Congratulations, Dominique Akins, on your new venture,” the Chamber newsletter said.
