Families are invited to the annual Fall Festival hosted by the Pine Bluff Police Department from 6-9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
This event is free and open to the public. The festival includes a costume contest (for youth, teens and adults), bounce houses, games, a hot dog eating contest, cotton candy, snow-cones, popcorn, drinks, hot dogs, prizes and free candy, according to a news release.
