While working part time at the casino Saturday, an officer with the Pine Bluff Police Department investigated a disturbance in the parking area involving a black Ford Bronco.

During the initial contact, the driver of the vehicle, later identified as Richard Russell, stated everything was fine. However, shortly thereafter, the officer discovered Russell had been stabbed, according to the release.
