The Pine Bluff Branch of the NAACP will sponsor a political awareness forum at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center.
The event will feature candidates for Jefferson County sheriff and Pine Bluff aldermen.
The moderator will be Carla Martin, dean of the School of Business and Management at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
The forum is open to the public.
