The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department will hold a public involvement meeting to discuss the proposed plans to construct a connecting road from state Highway 83 Spur to State Highway 278 in Monticello.
The incorrect name of the highway spur was mentioned in a previous press release from the department.
The open house format meeting will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 15, at the fellowship hall of Second Baptist Church, 1032 Old Warren Road, Monticello.
