Minority research center seeks proposals

In 2016-2017 the Minority Research Center is offering grants that support scholars and researchers engaged in research that contributes to the elimination of tobacco use among minority populations. The application deadline is July 15.

The Minority Research Center will review applications and select five recipients who will each receive up to $9,999 to cover the cost of the research.

The grants are supported by University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Minority Research Center on Tobacco and Addictions, which is supported by the Arkansas Department of Health, Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program with Master Settlement Agreement dollars.
