Mrs. Minnie Lee Grigsby 78 of Pine Bluff, Ark. entered into eternal rest on September 22, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 9, 1937 to Grover Gipson and Bonnie Neal Gipson in New Boston, Texas.

She received her formal education in Sarepta, La. Mrs. Minnie Grigsby accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was united with Canaan Christian Center where she served as a Mother of the church until her health began to fail.

On June 17, 1955, Minnie was united in holy matrimony with Joe Nathan Grigsby in Springhill, La. and their union was blessed with five (5) children.

In her leisure time, Minnie enjoyed cooking, fishing, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Minnie was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Grover and Bennie Gipson; brothers, Curtis Webb Gipson and Lenard Gipson.

Minnie leaves to cherish her memories four daughters, Mary Pridgeon (Jimmy), Loretta Robinson (Rob), Annette Harris (Dedrick), Lorraine Bell (Eddie) all of Pine Bluff, Ark.; one son, Jonathan Grigsby of Pine Bluff, Ark.; sisters, Mattie Mae Gipson and Pearlie Mae Gipson of Cullen, La.; one brother, Charlie Gipson of Indianapolis, Minn.; sixteen grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly.

Her Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Cananan Christian Center 7890 Middle Warren Rd. The body will lie in state from 10:15 am until time of service. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Christian Way Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m.
