Pine Bluff Mayor-elect Shirley Washington will be the guest speaker at the Sheraton Park Neighborhood Watch meeting at 6:30 p.m.Thursday, Oct. 20.
The meeting is held at Grace Episcopal Church, 4101 S. Hazel St., in brown hall at the back of the church. Everyone is welcomed to attend, especially those who live in Ward 2
