Marnette Vickers Wright, 87, of Ingalls, died Friday, May 29, 2015, in Star City.
She was born July 7, 1927, in Ingalls, a daughter of Andrew Jack Vickers and Carrie Quimby Vickers. She was a retired Hermitage Public School Cafeteria supervisor for 15 years and a member of Eagle Lake Crossroads Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bernard “Pete” Wright; a son, Bernard Wright Jr.; brothers, Sherrell Vickers, Andy Roe Vickers and Ted Vickers; and sisters, Jean Belin and Ila Payne.
Survivors include two sons, Donnie Wright, of Monticello, and Bernie Wright, of Bentonville; a daughter, Faye Ozment, of Crossett; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
