STAR CITY – Lucian Dale Blackwell, 70 of Star City died Friday. He was a member of the Griffith Springs Church of Christ, a retired truck driver for Consolidated Freightways and was a veteran of the Army.
He was born January 26, 1944 to the late Herman and Lucy Merry Blackwell.
Survivors include a caregiver, Shirley Maddox, a daughter, Sherrie Blackwell, and two sisters, Fannie Mae Blackwell Wallace and Kay Blackwell Lopez.
