Loreane Williams married the late Ezell Williams and to this union six children were born; five of whom preceded her in death. Additionally, Mother Williams raised two grandsons (one preceded her in death); and she was an outstanding Caregiver to many of her family members whom she moved into her home.
Mother Williams completed her early years of education at New Town School. She worked at List Laundry for years and later became a Housekeeping Supervisor for Pine Bluff High School, where she retired. Mother Williams always kept her home adorned in plants and flowers with her “natural green thumb”. She always prepared plenty of food to share with family and friends any hour of the day or night, especially pound cakes.
Mother Williams philosophy of life was: “Treat Everybody Right”.
Mother Williams leaves to cherish her memory: a son, Clarence Williams (Shirley); a grandson whom she raised, LaShunn William (Tracy); great-grandson, Amari Williams; Special Niece Mary Ann Wooley; a Special Daughter- in- law, Dorothy Jones, Michigan City, Ind., and Goddaughter Joyce Bracy Vaughan. Mother Williams has 12 additional grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
