The second professional development session on Literacy for Pastors and Church Leaders will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at the Pine Bluff School District’s board room at the central office, 512 S Pine St.
“If you want to help our children and youth master reading, this is the workshop for you,” the Rev. Edna Morgan, chairwoman of the education pillar of the Faith Community Coalition.
“Literacy experts will share with us the most up-to-date strategies in the field of literacy, as well as provide hands on opportunities for us to practice accessing vital information on the Internet,” Morgan said.
