Linda Castleberry
ALTHEIMER – Linda June Byrd Castleberry, 71 of Altheimer, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
Born June 2, 1944 at Grapevine, she was a daughter of the late Perry Byrd and Bessie Houston Byrd.
Mrs. Castleberry was a homemaker. She enjoyed arts and crafts and spoiling her granddaughters.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Ray Castleberry; daughter, Shelley Castleberry; sisters, Helen Horn and Jean Weaver; brother, Buddy Byrd; two granddaughters, Essie and Izzie; and many other loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel with Brother Travis Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow in Flat Bayou Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m.
