The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library System will host meetings for people to make their voices heard and participate in deciding how approximately $15 million will be spent to improve and expand the system.
“The library is on a mission to listen and encourage community members to express your visions, ideas, hopes, and dreams for Pine Bluff’s new library and for the expansion and renovation of branch libraries in Altheimer, Redfield, Watson Chapel, and White Hall,” according to a news release.
Architects from Pine Bluff and Little Rock will attend the meetings.
“These architects will begin the real design work after the expressed visions of each community have been incorporated into the designing process,” according to the release.
