Mr. Leroy Spears, Sr., 83, of Pine Bluff passed Thursday, April 10, 2014. He was born in Scott to the late Issac Spears and Catherine Thomas.
Survivors include: wife, Carrie M. (Graydon) Spears, sons, Reverend Leroy Spears, Jr. both of Pine Bluff, Larry Spears, Sr. of North Little Rock, Troy Spears, Sr., Reverend John Spears, Sr., Ray Spears, daughters, Mae Murphy and Deliah Brice all of Pine Bluff, Pearlean Lett of Bakersfield, Calif., Carolyn Edwards of Pine Bluff, Wanda J. Holmes of North Little Rock; 33 Grandchildren, 63 Great-Grandchildren; 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Union Baptist Church, by Reverend Robert Anderson. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitations/ Family Hour will be Friday, 6- 7 p.m. at Union Baptist. The body will lie in state 45 minutes before service time.
