Mrs. Ruthie Mae Garrett, 92, of Pine Bluff passed Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was born in Altheimer to the late Robert Quinn and Octavia (Brand) Brownlee.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a,m. Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Greater New Bible Way COGIC, (1217 West 22nd Street, North Little Rock) by Elder David White. Interment will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be Friday, 5-7p.m. at Watson-Northcrest Funeral Home (1801 Maple North Little Rock).
Her body will lie in-state Saturday, 10:15a until service time.
