STAR CITY – Leon Douglas Harrington, 85, Star City, born September 18, 1929, passed away January 11, 2015. He was a member of Overcoming Faith Worship Center. He is preceded in death by parents, Hervey and Martha Harrington; siblings, Annie Posey and Carl Rex.
Leon is survived by his wife, Carole Harrington; children, Paula (Randall) Woods of Springdale, Ark., Buddy (Wendy) Harrington of McGehee, Ark., Ricky (Stacey) Harrington of Star City, Ark., and Danny Harrington of Star City, Ark.; grandchildren, Lara, Samantha, Benjamin, Shawn, Bianca, Jacob, Lee Ann, Zackery, Maria, Candice, and Tiffani; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be at 2p.m, Wednesday, January 14 at Overcoming Faith Worship Center, with Bro. Don Borland officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
