STUTTGART — L.C. (Pine Bluff) Johnson Sr., 84, of Stuttgart, died Saturday January 7, 2012 at the Spring Brook Nursing Home in Hazen. Born January 9, 1927 in Ladd, he was the son of the late Alex Johnson and Rosie Brantley.
L.C. attended school in the Ladd Community near Pine Bluff.
Funeral service will be Saturday January 14, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at New Bethel A.M.E. Church 201 E. 16th St. in Stuttgart, Ark., with Rev. Jevon Baggett officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery in Stuttgart by McKinzie Funeral Home of Dewitt. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until Funeral time at the Church.
