Landlord Association to meet

The Jefferson County Landlord Association will meet at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s Business Incubator, 615 South Main Street, at 6 p.m. Tuesday. The guest speakers will be Matthew Pate and Detective Joe Paul Harrell, who will speak on “How to Deter Crime.”
