The Interested Citizens for Voter Registration, Inc. (ICVR) King Team Pen or Pencil youth will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday in the ICVR office, 2315 S. Olive St.
The King Team program empowers youth to gain an appreciation for community service through teamwork. There is no cost associated with King Team membership, however, youth are expected to participate in community service projects and meetings to become eligible for travel during the summer.
The team is open to youngsters between 10 and 19 years old who commit to nonviolence, community service and staying drug free. Details: Call (870) 536-7274.
