DUMAS – Kenneth Copelin, 75 of Dumas the owner and collision repair technician of Dumas Body Shop and Towing Recovery for 45 years passed away in Little Rock on October 5, 2015. He was born July 28, 1940 in Lubbock, Texas and was the son of the late Emmitt Copelin and Edna Young Copelin. His parents and his older brother Ewell Copelin preceded him in death.

Survivors are his loving wife, Carolyn Copelin of Dumas, Arkansas one son, Cougan Copelin of North Little Rock, Arkansas and one daughter, Priscilla Copelin Neeley and husband, Scott of Dumas, Arkansas, one sister, Barbara Keneda of Lubbock, Texas and two grandchildren Copelin Scott Neeley and Emmitt Hershell Neeley.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2015 with Rev. Spencer Berry officiating at Abundant Life Worship Center in Dumas. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Ted Hill. Berzent Blagg, Darrell Fisher, William Day, Dr. Jim Lewis, Ricky Reyes, Trooper Kelvin Fells, Trooper Keyon Thompson, Ricky Cantrell, Stevie Whaley, Chester Dann, Jim Campbell, Price “Bubba” Boney, James Boney, Joe Jones, H.L. Dorsey.
