Judy R. Penn-Wilson of Pine Bluff passed on Friday, August 9, 2013, in Dallas, Texas. Loving mother to one daughter, Faith, two sons, Michael and Marcus, four grandchildren, one brother, Freddie Penn, one sister, Janice Penn-Williams, and other family and friends.
Services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2013, at 4:00 p.m., at the Pine Bluff SDA Church located at 3718 Ridgeway Road.
