STAR CITY— Juanita Roberts Williams, 85, of Star City died Tuesday at Gardner Nursing Center. She was born July 22, 1926 in Pine Bluff.
She was a retired school cafeteria worker for Star City Schools. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #608, and Pine Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her father, Herman Roberts; mother, Emma Moore Burns; stepfather, Dee Burns; husband, James Albert Williams; and one son, Larry Williams.
Survivors include one daughter, Denise Williams and husband Jerry of Pine Bluff; half-brother, Kenneth Burns and wife Charlene of Conway; three grandchildren, Christal Robertson and husband Jason, Alan Williams, Bradley Williams; and five great grandchildren, Cassie Burns, Cade Burns, Jaci Ann Robertson, Jolie Grace Robertson, and Timmy Wayne Robertson.
Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2012 at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City. Bro. Earl Jenkins will officiate. Burial will be in Drake Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
