The Jefferson Regional Medical Center School of Nursing will host an open house on Tuesday, Dec. 1st to provide tours of the facility and visit with prospective students.
The open house will take place from 3:30 until 5 p.m. at the school, which is located at 40th Avenue and Hickory Street in Pine Bluff. Students will be giving tours of the facility, including the classrooms and simulation lab. Faculty members will also be present to answer questions and provide information about financial aid.
The JRMC School of Nursing offers an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Degree program, and usually begins one new class each year. However, in 2016, there will be two classes. The first, which begins in January, is full, and applications are currently being accepted for the second class, which will start on June 6.
