Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Frito pie with shredded cheese, Spanish rice, corn, corn chips, sugar cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Dec. 1

Beef patty with brown gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, wheat bread, strawberry pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Dec. 2

Hawaiian ham, yams, mustard greens, cornbread, cherry Jello and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 3

Barbecue chicken patty, whipped potatoes, green peas, dinner roll, fresh banana and milk.

Friday, Dec. 4

Hamburger, baked beans, lettuce and tomato, peach cobbler and milk.
