MONTICELLO – Johnny Ray Spencer of Monticello died January 13, 2015, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. He was born on October 19, 1950, to the late William and Luberta Spencer in Lacey, AR.
Survivors two sons, Jonathan Spencer of St. Louis, Mo., and Norman Spencer of Winchester, Ark.; one daughter, Constance Felton of Nevada, Colo.; two brothers, Dalton Fisher and Kent Spencer, both of Monticello, Ark.; one sister, Tyronza David of Monticello, Ark.; three grandsons, one granddaughter, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
