MONTICELLO – John R. Dement, age 58 of Monticello, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
Survivors include his wife, Eydie Swain Dement of Monticello; one son, Mark Richard Dement of Clarksville, Tenn.; one daughter, Laura Haskins of Fenton, Mo.; three stepsons, Kevin Kelly of Monticello, Rueben Talsma and John Talsma; five grandchildren and one special aunt.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with Rev. David Hoffman officiating. A reception will be held following the service at the First Assembly of God Church in Monticello. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com
