WABBASEKA – Mrs. Jessie Mae Austin, 82, of Wabbaseka, Ark., passed Sunday, May 31, 2015. She was born in Cotton Plant, Ark. to the late Jessie Carter Eckwood and Magnolia Carter Eckwood.
Her survivors include: Sons, Stanley Austin, Sr. of Little Rock, Ark., Dwight Austin, Sr., Daughters, Anthony Johnson both of Kansas City, Kan., Garnet Foster of Jacksonville, Ark., Martha Ann Foster of North Little Rock, Ark., Barbara Howard of Wabbaseka, Ark.; Sister, Altha Williams of Peoria, Ill.; 16 Grandchildren; 23 Great Grandchildren. Her service will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Mt. Olive COGIC- Humphrey, Ark. by Reverend Charles Boyd, Sr. Interment will be in Bayou Meto Cemetery-Humphrey, Ark. by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. Visitation will be Friday, 4-6:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Her body will lie in-state Saturday, 1:45 p.m., until service time.
