The Jefferson County 5K Run/Walk/Dance to end childhood obesity will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, starting at the amphitheater in Regional Park.
Registration will be held from 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. and the walk-run will start at 8 a.m. The event will finish at Saracen Landing. A shuttle bus will be available to return to Regional Park.
There will be free health screenings and line dancing. The farmers market will also be open.
