GRAPEVINE — Mr. James Taylor, 82, of Grapevine passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012. He was born in Grapevine to the late John Wesley Taylor and Rosie (Epperson) Taylor.
He is survived by his wife, Oria (Jimerson) Taylor of Grapevine; sons, Lawrence Hale Taylor, Kalamazoo, Mich., Lonzey Tyrone Taylor, Covert, Mich., Tracy Watkins, Grapevine, Travis Watkins, Sheridan, Dennis Watkins, Arkansas City, Gilbert Watkins, Phoenix, Ariz., Cedric Watkins, Princeton; daughters, Charlene Taylor, Gary, Ind., Gloria Thrower, Grapevine, Lillie Price, Willie Litzsey both of Pine Bluff; 25 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Grapevine with Rev. Calvee Copper officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
