James Leslie Roberts, 75, of Pine Bluff, died Thursday, July 16, 2015. Born December 24, 1939, at Brasfield, Ark., he was a son of the late Leslie Talmagie Roberts and Sarah Mae Coleman Roberts.
Mr. Roberts served in the United States Navy and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a truck driver for Tyson Foods for a number of years, enjoyed visiting with his friends at the Snack Shop, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Roberts, whom he married on February 14, 1992; daughters, Donna Roberts Gilardi and Wendy Roberts; step-daughters, Seprina Bednarski, and Karen Tackett; step-son, Jim Rhodes; siblings, Flora Howie, Marilyn Hall, and Donald Roberts; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will be a Memorial Gathering Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel.
