MONTICELLO — James Edward Parker, 70, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2011, at his home. He was born June 1, 1941, in Dardanelle, Ark. Survivors include one son, Brian Parker of Monticello; one daughter, Carol Parker Moss of Dewarty, Calif.; two stepsons, Archie Clark of Johnsville and Donald Huey Clark of Monticello; one stepdaughter, Debbie Parker of Monticello; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
