STAR CITY – James McKeown, 78 of Star City, died Monday. He was born December 2, 1935 in New York to the late James and Mary McKeown.
Survivors include his wife, Johnnie Weatherford McKeown; two sons, David McKeown and Kelly McKeown; four step-sons, Larry Newman, Joe Newman, Alan Newman and Dennis Newman; daughter, Wendy McKeown; two step-daughters, Jannette McKinnon and Denese Voss; two brothers; three sisters and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Cornerville Community Center near Star City.
