MONTICELLO — Mr. James “J.D.” Lambert 85, of Monticello passed away March 7, 2013 at St. Vincents Infirmary in Little Rock.
Survivors include; five children; Joyce A. Gold of Monticello, James C. Lambert of Monticello, Barbara J. Lambert of Lakewood, Colo., Deborah D. Tenner of Jacksonville and Tammy S.Vaughn of Monticello; four sisters, Willine Farmer of Kansas City, Mo., Shirley Williams of Albuquerque, N.M., Sandra Williams and Carrie Lambert of Pine Bluff; one brother, Troy Lambert of Monticello; 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13 at Pilgrim Rest A.M.E Church in Monticello with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
