WARREN — James Troy Goins, age 71, of Warren, Ark., died Friday March 16, at home. He was born June 1, 1940 in Warren, a son of the late Troy Goins and Eurcell Harcrow Goins.
Preceding him in death was a brother Billy Wayne Goins.
Survivors are one brother Charles Goins, Warren, daughter Debbie Gasaway, Monticello; Step-children, Joey Williams, Kevin Williams and Shelley Williams all of Prescott, Ark.
