STAR CITY – Homer Cogbill, 85 of Star City died Friday. He was born September 14, 1929 in Star City to the late James Harold and Bess Skinner Nuckolls Cogbill.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lawrence Cogbill of Star City; son, Michael (Michele) Lawrence Cogbill of North Palm Beach, Fla.; daughter, Cynthia (Scottie) Cogbill Grimes of Dumas; two grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Services are 2:00 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Star City. Bro. Marcus Rogers and Bro. Dennis Dodson officiating. Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at Griffin Funeral Service. Burial: Heflin Cemetery.
