LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Beebe announced Wednesday he had appointed 24 people to state boards and commissions including these from Southeast Arkansas:
• Terry Dabbs of Stuttgart was reappointed to the Arkansas Wheat Promotion Board until June 30, 2014.
• Paul Dottley Sr. of Monticello replaces Jim Allen on the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council. His appointment expires July 1, 2013.
• Kandi Keith of Hamburg replaces Debbie Shea on the Arkansas Arts Council. Her appointment expires June 30, 2016.
• Sabra Miller of Pine Bluff replaces Karen Pugh-Bartosh on the Arkansas Board of Health Education. The appointment expires July 31, 2015.
• Robert Parker of Sheridan was reappointed to the Arkansas Child Abuse, Rape and Domestic Violence Commission until July 1, 2014.
