Plans for the March 15 Lincoln Dinner and Fourth Congressional District Candidates’ Debate format will be finalized when the Jefferson County Republican Committee meets.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Larry’s Pizza, 7401 Dollarway Road, White Hall. Members can renew memberships and pick up Lincoln Dinner tickets to sell.
Also, the candidate filing begins at noon Feb. 23. Any voter desiring to run for a county office as a Republican is encouraged to attend. Details: Contact Peter Smykla at 247-5550.
