George Edward “Eddie” Gibbins, 63 of Pine Bluff, died Sunday at his home. He was born October 28, 1950 in England, Ark. to the late George L. and Juanita Houser Gibbins. He served in the Vietnam War with the United States Marine Corps and served in the Naval Reserve. He was a member of Lawrence Hunting Club and was an avid NASCAR fan. He also loved to fish, hunt, gardening, flowers and bird watching.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Weatherford Gibbins of Pine Bluff; one son, Lucas (Sandra) Gibbins of Pine Bluff; two brothers, David Gibbins of Hot Springs and Greg (Julie) Gibbins of Ohio; one sister, Freda (Tony) Fowler of Conway; three grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
