WOODLAWN — Gary Lee Ross age 72 of Woodlawn, Ark., died Monday October 15th, 2012 at his home. He was born September 21, 1940 in Warren, Ark., a son of the late David Harold Ross and Maudine McLeod Ross. He was a retired millwright at Gaylord Paper Company with 34 years of service, a member of the Center Missionary Baptist Church and a United States Army Veteran. He was also preceded in death by a sister Barbara Hooker and a brother David Norvell Ross.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Kinard Ross, whom he married April 3, 1965 in Warren, Ark., a daughter Carolyn Stover and spouse Jerry Don, Woodlawn, Ark.; three sisters, Kay Rauls, Rolla, Mo.; Martha Evans, Pine Bluff, Ark., and Mary Katherine Treglown, Pine Bluff, Ark., two grandchildren, Amanda Stover and Alec Stover both of Woodlawn, Ark.
Funeral services 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18th at Center Missionary Baptist Church in Rowell, Ark., with Rev. Donny Blackerby officiating. Burial in Center Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
