Full CIRCLE 360, a nonprofit organization offering youth and elderly programs, will hold a grand opening for its youth retail clothing store at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at 2801 S. Olive St., Suite 29, in the Jefferson Square Shopping Center.
