Ladies from Jefferson, Cleveland and Lincoln counties are scheduled to gather at 10 a.m. Thursday at Center Missionary Baptist Church at Rowell for the quarterly meeting of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Association District Ladies Auxiliary.
The featured speaker will be Matt Donnell, pastor of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church at Calmer.
Newly elected officers will be in charge of the meeting. They are president, Mary Norris of Wells Bayou; vice president, Mary Richardson of Herbine; secretary-treasurer, Donna Collins of Palmyra; assistant secretary-treasurer, Mildred Carter of Dumas; reporter, Barbara Curry, Star City.
Lunch will be served by the host church.
