STAR CITY – Franklin Ray Matchett, 66 of Star City died Saturday. He was a retired Free Will Baptist Minister. Survivors are his wife, Linda Matchett, son, Steven Ray Matchett, daughters, Becky Matchett ,and Vicki Conner(Drew), Grandchildren, Blake and Bryce Matchett, Michael and Kamryn Guinn and Krystyn, Mikayla and Ryan Conner, two Step Sons, Kenny Haire and Tim Haire, eight Step Grandchildren.
Services are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Atkins First Free Will Baptist Church in Atkins. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City.
