The Family Community Development Corp., 1001 N. Palm St., will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28.
The speaker will be Officer Shanee Howard, Pine Bluff Police Department Neighborhood Watch coordinator. She will give an update for the University Park Neighborhood Watch Program.
